So recently, the body shop has been having many sales and I had
a money off coupon so I decided to pick up a few things. I have never really
bought anything from there before so I wanted to try a few things out.
First, I got a facemask. It is a tea tree facemask, which is
supposed to instantly cool and lift away any impurities.
Next, I picked up an almond body wash. On the bottle, it
says indulgent soap free cleansing with moisturising almond extract.
Along the same lines as the body wash, I picked up some
almond hand and nail cream. Which moisturises hand and conditions nails, with
sweet almond oil and community fair trade Brazil nut oil.
Then I picked up three lip products. First, I picked up a
lip scrub called Lipscuff, which is a lip exfoliator. This product is perfect
for dry and flaky lips. It leaves them smoother, moisturised and prepared for
colour.
Secondly I picked up a pinky brown lip stick which is the second
colour shown on my swatch picture. I have fallen in love with this lipstick, It
looks so natural and have a lovely consistence. The packaging for this lipstick reminds me of in films when people are trying to conceal drugs, somehow they always seem to look like this.
Next is the other colour on my swatch picture, which is a
brown or neutral colour lipstick. I haven’t used this very much but I do like
it. As you can probably tell I like my natural colours.
Lastly I decided to buy a proper eyeliner pencil sharpener
(since I have been using a normal pencil one, which cannot be very sanitary).
So that is all I got from the body shop recently. I am in
love this their lipsticks they are so colourful can creamy. So nice to use.
Got to love trying out new products.
